I’m so upset!!! My video of harvesting our first potatoes wasn’t videoing! So you’ll have to settle for photos.
I was totally surprised with the amount we got from that little 10 foot row and from potato plants that seemed to die off early.
Many are small because the plants didn’t last that long, but still, we harvested 18 pounds of Red Pontiacs!
So what’s your favorite way fix potatoes??
